President Frank Lauc Among other duties responsible for the conduct of the association.  
Vice President - Management Cathy Tawagi Among other duties:  
Vice President - Operations Don Pardy Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the conduct of various Competitions Committees (field & Indoor).
  
Secretary Frank Hirka Among other duties:
  • Conduct the correspondence of the Association.
  • Minute proceedings at Board and General Meetings.
  
Treasurer Rod Hawkins Among other duties:
  • Ensure that all money due to the Association is collected and received and that all payments authorised by the Board are made.
  • Ensure that correct books and accounts are kept showing the financial affairs of the Association.
  • Collect and account for all dues, fines, fees, levies and funds.
  
Booking Officer Andrew Parker Among other duties:
  • Allocate time for use by Association Competitions.
  • Accept bookings from Member Clubs and outside clients, taking into account the availability of fields.
  
Promotions Officer Neidra Hill Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the publication of the results and other Hockey news.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain sponsorship agreements.
 
Property Officer Simon Gayler Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the planning and management of additions or alterations to hockey facilities.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain hockey facilities.
  • Responsible for the care and control of the property of the Association
 
Equipment Officer Matthew Smith Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the care and control of equipment of the Association.
  • Responsible for the Canteen Committee.
  • Maintain and control the canteen facilities.
  
Representative Co-ordinator Wayne Southwell Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the conduct of a Coaching and Representative Committee
  • Responsible for:a selection process for all Coaches, Managers and Representative Players for teams representing the Association

  • Publish fixtures for the season.
  • Liaise with other Associations for joint competitions.
  • Organise Canteen duties for Clubs.

  • Keep individual playing records for each Junior playing
 
Ladies Records Officer Karn Wimmer Among other duties:
  • Check Ladies match cards
  • Keep individual playing records for each player playing in the Ladies Competition

Junior Umpires Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Appoint umpires to all junior games
  • Jointly responsible for all representative appointments of umpires with the Development and Accreditation Coordinator
  • Jointly responsible for all development of umpires appointed to junior games with the Development and Accreditation Coordinator
  • Appoint all umpires to the finals series of the Macarthur Hockey Association based competitions
  
Senior Umpires Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Appoint umpires to all senior games
  • Jointly responsible for all development of umpires appointed to senior games with the Development and Accreditation Coordinator
  • Appoint all umpires to the finals series of the Macarthur Hockey Association based competitions
  
Development and Accreditation Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Responsible for the development of all umpires within the Macarthur Hockey Association in coordination with the respective Junior and Senior Coordinators
  • Responsible for the development of all technical officials within the Macarthur Hockey Association with the Technical Coordinator
  • Responsible for the accreditation, under the HockeyED Accreditation Scheme of all umpires and technical officials.
  
Technical Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Responsible for appointing technical officials, where required, to games hosted by Macarthur Hockey Association
  • Responsible, with the Development and Accreditation Coordinator, for the development and accreditation of all technical officials within the Macarthur Hockey Association
  • Responsible for the appointments of any technical officers required by Hockey NSW
  
Junior Umpires Assistant Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Assist the Junior Umpires Coordinator in any and all duties
  • Act as the Junior Umpires Coordinator in their absence
  
Senior Umpires Assistant Coordinator   Among other duties:
  • Assist the Senior Umpires Coordinator in any and all duties
  • Act as the Senior Umpires Coordinator in their absence
